Provide customer support both in person and online, including specialised assistance with AMD FPGA. Supported trade shows such as Embedded World, Hardware Pioneers and PCIM, providing technical assistance to customers.
Gained comprehensive business understanding through exposure to various departments, including Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Demand Creation, and Supplier Management. Including time spent with Avnet Embedded in Germany. Meeting with different departments in Neufahrn, Stutensee and Eschbach to gain insights into department functions and the internal support network.
